EVOlein™
EVOlein™ is an edible red palm oil. It is rich in natural mixed-carotene (ProVitamin A) and tocotrienols/tocopherol complex (Vitamin E). The phytonutrients in EVOlein™ are predominantly alpha-tocotrienol, beta-tocotrienol, gamma-tocotrienol, delta-tocotrienol, alpha-carotene and beta-carotene. It also contains a mixture of other phytonutrients such as gamma-carotene, lycopene, natural plant squalene and phytosterols, naturally found in palm fruits (Elaeis guineensis).
The unique combination of these phytonutrients is reflective of the exact ratio found in palm fruits. Their synergistic effect may ultimately confer the many proven and published beneficial effects associated with tocotrienols and carotenes.
EVOlein™ is suitable for use in most food and health applications. Examples of applications as follows:
